Payment Options
We accept money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards in the USA.

International Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and money orders in U.S. funds or wire transfers. We do not ship any merchandise international as COD. Please call our Customer Service line at 949-422-6475 if you need to set up a wire transfer.

Shipping Choices
Standard Shipping: FREE FedEx Ground shipping on all orders over $99 to the contiguous 48 states. For orders under $99, your shipping will be calculated and shown to you at the time of your order. Our warehouse is centrally located in the U.S. to help minimize your shipping cost!

The option of upgrading your shipping service is available at an additional cost. All shipping charges outside of the USA are the responsibility of the customer.

Alternate Shipping Services

  • Expedited shipping services including FedEx Next Day, FedEx 2-day, and Air Parcel Post are available. Additional charges may apply.
  • You will see the exact shipping charges during the checkout process.

Next Day Air orders must be placed by 3pm CST for same day shipping.

Returns
You may return any unused item(s) within 45 days for an exchange or a full refund. Authorization is not needed, however, a call to our Customer Service line or Technical Help line may help you avoid an unnecessary return.

Use the original carton and pack the merchandise securely. Enclose the invoice with a brief explanation for the return/exchange. Ship the package prepaid. We do not accept return merchandise shipped COD.

If returned after 45 days from the original ship date, a $10.00 re-stocking fee applies.

For items with a manufacturer’s warranty, please follow the instructions specified by the manufacturer.

International Returns

Use the original carton and pack the merchandise securely. Clearly mark the outside of the carton CONTENTS - RETURN GOODS OF U.S. ORIGIN. Enclose the invoice with a brief explanation for the return/exchange. Ship the package prepaid, we do not accept return merchandise shipped COD.

If returned after 45 days from the original ship date, a $10.00 restocking fee applies.

For items with a manufacturer’s warranty, please follow the instructions specified by the manufacturer.
