Data Lab

The Data Lab handles all formats of file and tape acquisition, processing to editorial and digital dailies formats as well as offering clients custom datacine 1-light processing and acting as the hub for our native file and tape-based conforms from a variety of formats.  

• TRANSCODE dailies from native file formats to AVID/Final Cut
• DATACINE dailies processing 
• CONFORM from DPX files, HD tape or file-based formats in 4K, 3K, 2K or 1080p
• CONFORM in 444 RGB uncompressed 10bit DPX or 12bit TIF
• AAF or XML meta-data retained from offline editorial timeline (ie: time remapping, keyframing, transitions, flops, speed effects, etc.)
• CONFORM in supported native codecs including: MXF, XDCAM, R3D, DVCPro, Cineform, CINE
• ARCHIVE natively to LTO, DLT, RAID or SS
